I thought it was a normal crush between us at first. we didn't make any attempt to keep in contact after i left Malaysia. (my cousin's from malsysia and i'm frm singapore) i realised that i simply could not forget him after all the years... i was afraid he had another girl in his life that would eventually make him forget about me. i was afraid to call up his hse to ask 4 him. every single time i go on a holiday over to his place, i dared not voice out anything to him. sometimes i didn't even get to see him and that was pretty tortourous.
The last time i saw him was when he came over to my place and that was on feb 20th 2001. i never thought he would ever keep in touch with me ever again until he called me on dec 21st 2005. i can never forget this day. but we still didn't admit to each other what we had in our mind. we talked normally until april 10th when he smsed me that he loved me ... all these years but was afraid to say so earlier. i admitted i loved him too. now that we know how we feel towards each other, it makes our conversation easier. our phone bills do rack up every month but we just cannot stop talkin to each other. to think i've got a whole lot of phone cards as collection. i've yet to meet up with my sweetheart who might be coming over in July this year. i'm really looking forward to his arrival. i thought i lost him 5 yrs back for not voicing out how i felt towards him but i was wrong. i believe if that person was meant to be ours, he would.
To those who are feeling you've lost someone because of the distance between both of you, don't be disheartened. if your love is true, the person will definitely come back in your life. might sound like some miracle but trust me, it happened to me. i also believe that the distance i dread is one of the reason why my love is going strong. absence makes the heart fonder... rememeber *WINKS*
